Red Seal Mechanic

Now, we’re looking for a skilled Red Seal Mechanic to bring their expertise and pride in the trade to our Winnipeg shop.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of light-duty vehicles
• Perform wheel alignments, brake and suspension work, and safeties up to 8,900kg
• Handle electrical and chassis diagnostics with confidence
• Complete tire services, changeovers, and repairs
• Road test vehicles before and after repairs
• Mentor apprentices and lead by example in the shop
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Certification
• Experience in brakes, shocks, suspension, and alignments
• Ability to work in a physically active role with heavy lifting as needed
• Pride in doing the job right and keeping customers safe on the road
• Team-first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
