Heavy Duty / Farm Tire Service Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial, agriculture, and off-road tires
• Operate and maintain mobile service truck and equipment safely
• Perform on-site tire service at customer locations and roadside
• Perform scheduled fleet tire inspections for commercial clients
• Diagnose tire-related issues and perform repairs, rotations, and installations
• Assist shop teammates as needed
• Run crane service truck for large on-farm repairs
• Participate in after-hours/emergency service (premium pay)
• Maintain shop, equipment, and trucks
• Work closely with management and teammates to get the job done right
• Running crane service truck for large farm repairs including changeovers on-site in a farm setting

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract • Experience as a Tire Technician (agriculture, construction, or commercial) • Mechanical aptitude with fleet vehicles • Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and on-call • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to lift heavy tires (125 lbs) and problem-solve in the field • Commitment to safety and excellence
